After washing at night, place your hands on the blemished skin. Visualize the bumps and redness disappearing, and hold your hands there until you feel it go smooth.
As you do so, say three times:
Goddess, heal me
So mote it be
Will your imperfections away, and picture yourself with perfect skin.
Your blemishes will not disappear immediately, and they may not heal completely overnight. But if you do it properly, your skin will improve by the next morning.
