A spell like this may turn out to have negative effects on the 'victim' or even yourself. It is also very possible that you do not truly want the outcome, and are being led by desire and overlooking all the negative details you'd rather not see or acknowledge. Picture the person you wish to kiss you in your mind, and the act of him/her kissing you.
Say these or similar words:
Kiss me
Kiss me, [name]
Greet me with your lips and say you missed me
But most of all, kiss me.
I personally have had many successes with this spell, moreso when I repeat these words over and over in my mind upon seeing the person, after first casting the spell in private.
