As you draw a warm bath, pour your favorite bath oil into the water, light 3 pink candles, and turn off the light. Undress, turn off the water, and climb in.
Wash yourself as usual. As you do so, visualize yourself scrubbing away your imperfections, and washing away your insecurities. You are a beautiful person.
When you are finished, turn on the light and snuff out the candles (don't blow them out). It is done.
